The report Violence against women from childhood to adulthood – Year 2025, analyzes the experiences of violence suffered before the age of 16 by women today between 16 and 75 years old and also studies its association with the experiences of adulthood. The case of witnessed violence

Istat then also considers the so-called witnessed violencethat is, the cases in which the victim assists during childhood to violencehumiliations or denigrations that occur within the family of origin.
